Job Description Position Description: Position conducts quality assurance for all borrowing, lending, document delivery and copyright compliance activities in the Copyright and Document Delivery Office. Successful candidate will independently manage all borrowing and lending transactions in ILLiad to assure accurate fulfillment of interlibrary loan requests and to troubleshoot and correct errors. Position works with faculty, staff, and publisher rights holders to ensure copyright compliance for course reserve materials. The Web Programmer reports to the Digital Services Supervisor. The starting salary range begins at $46,752 a year and may be higher depending on qualifications. JOB SUMMARY:
